Save Tagged records for later retrieval

I am using Office 365 / Microsoft Access

The name of my table in StockItems.  Two fields that I am asking about are [StockNum] and [Tag]

[Tag] is a text field that can only accept "y" or ""
[Stocknum] is a number field --- Long

The form that I am using allows the user to flip the tag field from "" to "Y" to easily create a pick-list.

There are times when a 2nd pick-list needs to be started before the first one is complete.  I would like to be able to store up to 3 pick-lists for easy retrieval.

I am looking for a good approach to this dilemma.

Thank you

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

So you'd create a "picklist", then add Stock items to it. You could have any number of "picklists" going at one time using this method.
