folder on windows 2008 file server

administrator cant erase a folder which administrator created on file server.

how can i erase this folder from my sharing ?

If the read-only attribute set on it, remove it.

Have you tried TAKEOWN command?

Have the administrator take ownership of the folder probably parent folder doesn't have inheritance enabled so administrator no rights to folder but should be able to take ownership and then change permissions and delete as needed.
