Enable Users in Lync 2013 Server via Group Membership

I want to run a script that will evaluate group membership then enable to use in the Lync server. However, I want to first check to see if the user is already enabled (to prevent errors). Perhaps the two commands below can be combined in some way?

Get-ADGroupMember -Identity <ADGroup> | Enable-CsUser -RegistrarPool lyncpool.treyresearch.net -SipAddressType EmailAddress

Get-csaduser -filter {Enabled -ne $True}  | Enable-CsUser -RegistrarPool lyncpool.treyresearch.net -SipAddressType EmailAddress

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
