Can we install one drive for business in Citrix environment

My Client's environment is as below:

They operate on Citrix (xen app 6)
Everyone logs into hosted desktop desktop and work from there. They have roamiing profile which sit on network share. And Network Drive are mapped through Group policy.

I got request to check if it is possible to install one drive for business. I don't know much about One drive for business at the moment.
I know it can be install on local machine but is it possible to install in citrix environment? I am looking for the way to install it and publish in citrix environment.

 Is it possible?
Is not all functionality can be done from one drive web portal?

Why would you even want the ODfB client on a shared machine? The whole purpose of the client is to sync a local copy of the documents, I doubt you want to have the same set of documents being redownloaded every time a user logs in. Just map it as a network drive and/or use the Open with explorer functionality.

My situation here is .
My Client got another company which is in another domain. We can't make any changes to these domain to setup trust relationship..etc

So, we are hoping to use One drive for Business to share files between users in domain. Mapping drives is not possible at this stage.
Is it possible use "One drive for Business" to make it happen ?

OneDrive for business is basically a SharePoint site collection for the user. You can access any shared file via the browser so you dont necessarily need any additional software instaled. The main issue in your situation will be the actual sharing process. Do both companies share the same Office 365 tenant or different ones?

Both companies can get same office 365, as owners are official partners. They have not got it yet.
So, my understanding from your last comment is

They can share files/folder  using browser. Is i correct ?

So, my question at the moment is if they do not want to use browser can i install the client in environment? And publish client software for user to access "One drive for Business"?
