Excel 2013 User Issue

I have a user that can not open a specific shared excel document.  I logged into the computer with a different user and was able to open the file so I believe that it is a user profile issue.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2013 Standard with no luck.  I copied the folder and made it a local document instead of a network document, converted it from Excel 97-2003 to Office 2013 and e-mailed it to the user.  Was able to download but when I enabled editing Excel crashed again.  It seems to only be this document.

I have attached the information from the error.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Shared documents are one of the single biggest headaches in Excel, across all versions.  This kind of weirdness is not at all uncommon.  I've had users who have been fine for ages, but then crash and burn.  Other staff around them totally unaffected.
Short answer - don't use Shared documents.

When MVPs in Excel won't recommend them it must be bad...

Total sheet corruption is not unheard of.  Check your backups.

Thank you for your help.  Only one user could not get into it thankfully the whole file was not corrupted.  Unshared the document and now all can get into it that should.

Thanks Again
