I can even go into windows. Is there anyway to run those.?
best to do a repair : http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/26095-repair-install-windows-8-a.html
First things first. Do you at least reach the login screen? If not, exactly what happens when you try to start the computer?
ASKER
Nope, couldn't reach login screen. after boot up its end up in troubleshooting mode. log file report after system repair telling ndis.sys is corrupted.
ASKER
If can reach login window I could have backup required files and would do reformatting.
what about a repair?
If it is in troubleshooting mode, then I assume you are at the Blue Screen. From there, you can try doing a system REFRESH, not a RESET. A refresh will repair the operating system while leaving your data intact.
ASKER
Refresh also didn't help.. It's failed and back to advanced settings.
The only thing you can try then is a RESET. As I said, you will lose everything on the system after doing a reset. If you are able, pull the drive and connect to another PC with a SATA-USB adapter and pull any files that you want.

Bro.. Actually ndis.sys troubleshoot feedbacks are not much available in google also.
I found that it's because of hdd bad sector. Now in the process recovering files.
But I am considering of troubleshoot also which will help in future.
Thank you.
