I would look into using something like chrome. You can right click a lick and choose to open in private. I don't know if you can do that with IE.

Click the gear at top right of IE window|Safety and then InPrivate Browsing. &nbsp;Your Favorites, etc. will work just fine, but you probably will have to login at every site requiring log in.<br />
You can keep that window open as long as you want and (also) use regular IE as you wish.
