Dynamic ARP entries Switching to Static

Every once and a while all the dynamic arp entries in my arp table for my core switch ( hp a5120 IRF stack ) get switched to static.

I am unable to figure out why this is happening.  I have not set any of the static arp entries.

My ARP aging is set to the default 20min'ss.

My mac aging time is set to 10sec's.

Anyone have this issue or a cure?

Thanks

device ip 10.1.1.1
device mac aabbccddeeff
port 1

ip source binding 100 10.1.1.1 aabbccddeeff 1
