EXCEL, Day difference

hi Experts,

I want to calculate how many days between 2015-04-23 and 2015-04-20. It should be  3 days.

Implementation Queue      4/20/2015 13:33      4/23/2015 8:51

The formula I used:
date( B37)-date(C37)
But not working.

Anyone can help me on it.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use INT to remove the time portion

Hi Nutsch, I have used your formula, but get the result "1/3/1900 0:00".
I am looking for the result is "3" which means the difference is 3 days.

Change the cell format to General, or Number and you will see.

Dates are stored in excel as days after 12/31/1899, so 3=1/3/1900 (and time is noted as fractions of days). .
