getting records of maintenance mode from SCOM

Where can I find logging and reporting on when a server has been placed into SCOM Maintenance Mode? I want proof that I put these servers into Maintenance Mode for a certain period. One of the DBA's is bitching at me because he got paged even though I put the servers into Maintenance Mode. I want to have these logs so I can show them to him.

I also want this for the next time someone says, "You didn't put this into Maintenance Mode."

We are using SCOM 2007.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this:

During starting and ending of Maintenance Mode for a monitored object, the following event is logged on the Operations Manager event log:

=============================================

Log Name: Operations Manager
Source: HealthService
Date:
vent ID: 1216
Task Category: Health Service
Level: Information
Keywords: Classic
User: N/A
Computer: Server.Domain.COM
Description:
Resuming monitoring for instance "Database" with id:"{GUID}" as the instance maintenance mode is OFF. Management group "MG".

the answer of Randy Downs is completely correct, the attached event ID is logging once you add a PC to the maintenance mode, so finding this event ID will proof that this PC was in maintenance mode, and this is what the asker needs and ask for.
