excel combine columns into two

i have many columns of all varying length

i need the values in each column to be appended into COL A  and B but in a sequence
-col a having url
col b having all company names

so my data is url in one column then company name in another , url #2 company name #2 in next two columns, #3 in next two

thanks if anyone has ideas can help/ file attached as example

This should do the trick, if your single URL is in col A, and the mix of URL and CoNames in B, and beyond.

=A1&" "&MID(B1,FIND(" ",B1,1)+1,LEN(B1))&" "&MID(C1,FIND(" ",C1,1)+1,LEN(C1))&" "&MID(D1,FIND(" ",D1,1)+1,LEN(D1))

All it does is search for the first space in col B (and beyond), and then take all text from that point forward.
