outlook calendar sync
We use a pop mail server for our email at our company. I have a user that uses outlook 2013. They also have an iPhone. When she would enter in a new appointment or accept an appointment in outlook calendar it would show up in the iPhone calendar program. That was on iOS 8.2. She upgraded to iOS 8.3 and now this functions does not work. Is there something I can do to fix this or is their a 3rd party program that would solve this problem? I know that changing her outlook account on both sides to imap would probably fix this as well but she does not want to have email received that way.

This has to done on iTunes not on the iPhone itself?
Yes. Check the sync settings in iTunes.

can you tell me where the sync settings are? Do I need to have the iPhone connected to see them?
Here is the settings screen for iTunes 12.1.2 (newest version). See if this helps.
And also, I have my iPhone connected by its USB cable right now.

Here is a screenshot from the user. It shows that they cannot select a certain calendar like your screenshot shows.

How about the version of iTunes?
I use the newest version of iTunes with IOS 8.3. This is version 12.1.2.27 right now.

I have also used Companion Link (companionlink.com) to sync Outlook to iPhone. Companion Link works very well also.
