Printing from web page - Text is small - Not happening for everyone

I have a user that is printing from a website that she logs into and the text is very small.
On her PC she logs into a website and brings up an invoice. Then she goes to print it and the text is very small and the left margin seems to be over pretty far. Another user logs onto the website with their credentials on her PC and prints the exact same invoice and it prints fine.
If she logs into the website on someone elses PC with her credentials and prints the exact same invoice it is fine. There are no specific user settings on the website so I am not sure what is happening.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Assuming we are dealing with Internet Explorer, click File on the Menu Bar.  Choose Print Preview.   In the preview window that appears, notice that in the toolbar's print-size selector, the default setting is Shrink to Fit. Click that pull-down and choose 100%.

I have checked that. Like I said it works on her PC when someone else logs into the website and does the same thing.

Yes, but the someone else has logged in with their profile.  Have you checked the Print Preview window?

Yes they were both 100%
I ended up looking at the source code on the webpage and it was java so I cleared temp java files with no luck.
I then did a full uninstall and reinstall of Java and that did not fix it either.
I then installed Firefox on her PC and it is working fine with that.
She is on IE9 and I am wondering if a newer version of IE would fix her issue, but since IE is going away I will just have her use Firefox for now. thanks for the replies.
