creating a no reply email message

I have an application that is setup to send email messages out through Outlook but, I don't want the mailbox to accept messages but, also send a bounce back message to the sender that the mailbox is not monitored and any messages sent will not be responded to. What is the best way to setup the mailbox or setup something in the exchange server (which is Exchange 2010) to do this?

Since you are using Outlook to send out mail, you may create a outlook rule to reply to the sender? It is call auto reply.
However you need to configure the * (default remote domain) to auto reply enable.
