Sync a Sharepoint folder with an external folder

Is there a way to dynamically display the contents of a Sharepoint-folder on some external webpage, accessible for the world?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you have access to the external webserver that has the Sharepoint folder? If so you could use WebDav http://blogs.msdn.com/b/echarran/archive/2007/10/10/enabling-sharepoint-webdav-mapping-in-windows-2003.aspx

Check out licensing with your Microsoft rep for this. Last I heard SharePoint had derivative licensing, and exposing content from SP onto the web required an internet licence.

That said, if your Microsoft rep says it's OK, then that's the word.

Oops, I should have better explained myself, since I do not see what I can do with these answers (wherefor thanks of course). My Sharepoint is part of an Office 365 small business package, so I suppose I do not have access to the webserver.
I can access individual files in Sharepoint from my Drupal webpage, but I want to import the whole list of what is in a folder.

I'd use some Javascript and CSOM to do it. But authentication needs to be managed with a token;

The above sample shows retrieving all items from Announcements list, so should be easily adapted for you.
