datepicker today highlight

Hi, I need some help highlighting todays date on a Jquery calendar here http://www.jorgebatres.com/resorts/silver-lake-resort.html

I have tried using CSS but nothing seems to affect that cell. Please help me highlight current date with a yellow color.

Thanks,

Jorge

Change your CSS to:
.ui-state-highlight.ui-state-default{
background:yellow;
}

Open in new window

Thank you Nathan, I tried but no changes, you can see the source code with your code in it and I don't see any changes. I just don't understand why it would not affect the cell background. I don't know if this has to be done from the js file that affects the calendar

Just looked, I don't see it when inspecting the code.

You need to add a new style to your stylesheet of

.ui-state-highlight .ui-state-default{
background:yellow !important;
}

Open in new window

I added in the inspector just now, forgot a space between them the first time, and it worked. Copy and pasted above this time for accuracy.

Thank you Nathan, it worked! I guess I can change the yellow for something like #FF9900 right?
