Sonicwall vpn client, received invalid

I have a remote user that I just installed a Win 7 x64bit OS on with a new hdd, I installed the latest Sonicwall VPN Client version I have installed this for multiple users and everything works fine. They are able to connect to our network through the sonicwall. However I have one user who is getting this error message within the logs, 'Received invalid ID information notify'. We are just using a pre-shared key with no username. When I enable the sonicwall vpn client software it says connected and it hands out the correct ip address. However I still can't connect or ping our servers.

Initially I installed this software as a local admin and it worked fine.  I may have installed the software before joining the laptop to the domain (not sure if this matters).  I made him a local administrator, I created his Windows profile and configured the software again.  No luck.  I also tried reinstalling the software.  All our users have the same anti-virus software and programs so I know there is nothing blocking it.  any ideas?

Apparently user is fine now.  Not sure what was wrong with the vpn access.  The only thing I did that could have possibly made a difference is check mark ‘Allow access’ within the ‘Dial-In’ properties in AD.  Not sure if that would make a difference since we use a pre-shared key with no username.
