Online Course Not Responding

Hello,
Any reason why Adobe Captivate Course stops responding when opened via Firefox or Internet Explorer?  Have removed Flash Player.  Re-installed it.  Pop-ups turned OFF.  Course Loads but unable to click Forward.

Any settings in browser to check?  How can this be fixed?
???

?
Thanks ,

Disable all browser helpers and toolbars that have been (bundled with third party software or a download & ) installed on your browser(s)
One of them is the likely cause but to troubleshoot one by one takes time,

"Have removed Flash Player.  Re-installed it."
Did you be sure to reboot before Re-installed it?

Un- install your browsers reboot PC then re-install browsers.

"Pop-ups turned OFF."
Try with them ON

Feedback, please for further advice, if non work.
