Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager may be a useful tool.  Others would include Puppet, Chef, or Dell's Kace.  If the clients had the same domain credentials, you could write a PowerShell script that could log into them remotely and push the script down.  You'd have to save the credentials in the PS1 file.  The server would have to allow for the execution of scripts.  

If you have Active Directory, you can set the Group Policy for the clients:
