3D Surface or Implicit Fairing Visual Studio

Hello,
I am trying to figure out the basic code for implementing surface fairing or smooth out rough surfaces on 3D images in C++ using Visual Studio. Any help for starter code or guideline for a given image that can be smoothed using diffusion or curvature flow?
