Hi,
The best and free solution to migrate your mail and contacts from Gmail to office 365 are discussed below. The solution depends on the type of email system you are using. The main ideal condition for this migration is that if you plan to stop using the Gmail account so then all you’re current and previous sent and inbox mails will be in the same location.
The very first thing you have to look forward while doing this migration is that your office 365 mail box  should be structured in Outlook. To migrate steps are discussed below.

Step 1:- Your Gmail account should be added to the Outlook installed in your machine.
After doing this you’re Gmail messages will be seen in the Outlook. For doing this step process is being discussed below.
•      Gmail Account should be signed in.
•      Go to settings->security->less secure space.
•      Then switch to “Turn on” in the settings.
•      Then finish the process and close the window this will allow the access to outlook. After completion of migration process you can turn it off also.
•      Go to Outlook 2013 File option and then chose Add Account.
•      Go to auto account setup and fill all required details such as User name and ID of your Gmail account and then go for “next”.
•      After doing this you will be able to see all your Gmail messages in the Outlook.

Step 2:- The next step after adding Gmail to outlook you have to copy all your mails from Gmail to outlook.
•      For doing this you have to go File->Import and Export option from this chose Export to a file option.
•      Then after doing so chose “outlook data file (.pst)” option. Then after you have to select an
account you want to export and also you have to give Username and Password.
•      In browse option chose the location at which you want to save your exported file.

Step 3:- In this step you have to copy your exported file to Office 365. For doing so you have to follow the below steps.
•      Go to Outlook 2013 select “File ->Import and export option->Import from another program or file”. Then go for “outlook data file (.pst)”.
•      Then select the “exported file you created in previous step” and then select the option with which you want to deal with the duplicate.
•Then chose the Office 365 mailbox (You have to enter the name of your Office 365) at which you want to import the contacts.
• This importing can take time, this time will be depending on number of mails you have and also if you disconnect your Outlook at any time before the completion of the process your import will start from same point when you will reconnect again.

This is optional that if you want to disconnect your Gmail you can do it after the completion of the process. Also you can import and export you Google contacts and Calendars also. I hope my solution will help you and feel free to ask.

Thanks and Regards

see this article:

In my usage, CodeTwo Office 365 Migration has been an easy way to get your on-premises Exchange mailboxes into Office 365's Exchange, whether you are doing a complete move of all users or moving some to Office 365 and keeping some local in a hybrid approach. CodeTwo helps move mailboxes and public folders from on-premises Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013. It can also move mailboxes from Google Apps for Business and individual Gmail accounts to Office 365. The best part about this tool is that you can get it for free: Enterprise Office 365 subscribers can get a migration license paid by Microsoft if the enterprise designates CodeTwo its Office 365 migration partner of record.
MigrationWiz is very good.
