can't start access 2010 datasheet form scrolled to left

I have a datasheet form that starts out not scrolled to the left most column.  It seems to always start on the 3-5 column.

I can't figure out how to force it to start viewing the left column.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

In the Load Event of the Datatsheet Form, try setting the Focus to the left most Control.

Or whatever control type it is ... Text. Combo, etc.

ok, that did the trick. I tried that with a different field and got an error, that the focus couldn't be set, but i think that was because it was disabled... so i picked one that was active/enabled.
