Missing Drivers from Virtual Standby PC

We recently added virtual standby service to our Appassure deployment.  This is configured to continuously export and is running on Hyper-V.  Everything to this point is running and working fine and as expected.  Our next step was to test the Virtual Standby VMs and I was able to turn them on.  However, it was at this point that I ran into our first issue.  It looks like I need to get the network drivers installed for the hardware that the VM is being exported to.  The production machine and the recovery machine are on different Dell models.  How do I place the driver files on the production machine so that they are a part of the replication?  Ideally, when the Virtual Standby machine is turned on the drivers are where they need to be so that they will automatically install and allow network connectivity.

The answer provided solved our issue.  Once the Integration Services were installed we were able to connect as expected.
