C# Problem getting a client server/web service system to connect

Hi

I am trying to connect to a SAP system using a C# solution developed by someone else. I have had no experience
in this area and am getting the error shown in the third image. The first image shows the solution explorer in Visual Studio
and the second image shows you where I navigate to in Windows explorer and right click on XtractorCon.vshost
and run as administrator. I then connect to the VPN set up by the business running SAP and try and connect but get that
error below. I just need some advice on where to look for information that will help me understand how this sort of solution works
and what might be causing the error

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
