1 Hour behind emails Exchange 2010

hey guys,

we are running sbs 2011 and exchange 2010.

I noticed on our emails the time is off by one hour, how do we fix this?

That probably means that the time zone is set incorrectly on the server. Check it is correct.
If you are in a region that has had the time zone definitions changed, then you should ensure that the server is fully patched using Microsoft Update.

I did change the timezone, It still seems to be behind.

Did you restart the server after doing so? Not always necessary.
Ensure the clients are set with the same time zone.
