We are running Microsoft Outlook 2013 across our Network, for some reason probably an update to Outlook our Save As option is now stating an error: "You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation"
From within Microsoft Outlook 2013 we are highlighting an email we want saved to our Mapped Network Location, then select FILE, Save As option, we are using "Save as type" using Outlook Message Format - Unicode. Then we browse to our network drive which is hosted in the cloud, which I can confirm can fully browse, however as soon as we select the Save button we get the following error message "You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation".
I can confirm the following:
Microsoft Outlook 2013 fully updated.
The hosted storage area is fully open with no access permissions set (Apart from our password).
We can save the email to our Desktops, then copy or move it to the Mapped Network Drive.
We are running our email via Office 365.
Does anyone have any ideas to resolve this issue?
