Saving Emails via Microsoft Outlook 2013 - Error Message.
Dear All,
We are running Microsoft Outlook 2013 across our Network, for some reason probably an update to Outlook our Save As option is now stating an error: "You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation"
From within Microsoft Outlook 2013 we are highlighting an email we want saved to our Mapped Network Location, then select FILE, Save As option, we are using "Save as type" using Outlook Message Format - Unicode. Then we browse to our network drive which is hosted in the cloud, which I can confirm can fully browse, however as soon as we select the Save button we get the following error message "You don't have appropriate permission to perform this operation".
I can confirm the following:

I can confirm the following:
Microsoft Outlook 2013 fully updated.
The hosted storage area is fully open with no access permissions set (Apart from our password).
We can save the email to our Desktops, then copy or move it to the Mapped Network Drive.
We are running our email via Office 365.

Ok, then it clearly indicates that there is some problem with Outlook. The issue may be related to Outlook's secure temp directory. Can you save attachments from your emails?

I have just tried Word, Excel and PDF email attachments I get the following error on all, however I can save locally with no issues. Also I can save to a hosted SharePoint Server with no issues.

Again, what if you try to save these attachments using the free Save Attachments tool? Will it save without errors?

1. Right from Outlook using message's context menu.
2. Using standalone launcher app from Desktop or Windows Start Menu.
If it fails, then you have no appropriate permissions for your network resource.
