VB.net Windows Forms application automatic updates

I have several computers on a company network running the same Windows forms application.
I want to put the latest deployed version of the software in a single location on the network.

What VB.net code could I use on the Start Up of the application to look at the folder where I have
the latest version, check if the installed version is not the latest and then update the software to the latest version

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

.NET comes with a feature called ClickOnce that enables to prepare the setup in just a few click, and distribute your updates with only one click. There are situations where it cannot be use, such as if you need to update dlls in the GAC or specific directories,  for most in-house applications, it works like a charm.

And you need no code at all, everything is handled automatically by the framework
