GApps mail download pop3 for alias mail ID
I have GApps account with 3 mail ID's . One is primary and another two are alias. I want to download to each user's outlook only their mail. How we can do this.
What I am doing is, running a rule while downloading, delete all mails which is not for the existing alias user.
But it makes huge traffic in my internet. All three people will download all the mail receuived in pr
imary mailbox, and the rule will delete unwanted ones.
Instead , I want to download only my mails from GApps accounts.

While my solution do not fit your "budget", it really solve your issue.
POP, is a known technology, will not do selective POP.
I would recommend to keep the question and answer as it give others some insight some one have thought about this. and at the present of answering your question. There are no other SMART about selective POP (due to a legacy protocol).

I am recommending ID: 40776039 and ID: 40782856
as the logical way to solve this is to buy additional mailbox which do not meet the budget requirement (which is not clearly said in the original question)
