Replace function in Crystal Reports

Good afternoon,

I created an export using crystal and was notified that a field could not accept apostrophes - that was fine, I used the following:

but now they are letting me know that the field can't have commas as well.  I've tried to "build" on the existing formula without luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

thank you,

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I sometimes find it easier to do it one at a time using a temp variable

Local StringVar strName;
strName := Replace({@Name},",","");
strName := Replace(strName,"'","");

Both solutions worked perfectly but I did find the second easier to implement because it was straight forward with regard to coding.

Thanks very much to you both,
