question in Oracle Linux and ASM drives
I added a new disk to a VM server running oracle linux
then i log in to the linux server and i did echo "- - -" > /sys/class/scsi_host/host0 /scan
then
oracleasm scandisks and i get
sd 0:0;10 assuming drive cace : write through ( this is the new scsi lun i added )
but i dont see my new drive
any help would be appreciated.

Is it new or with partitions?
