Exchange 2007 - 2013 Migration Failure, Outlook prompting for credentials.

I migrated one user from Exchange 2007 to 2013. See error below. Exchange is still showing it in 2007 database. When she opens up Outlook now it prompts her for a username and password. Inheritance is not disabled ADUC.

How do I fix this problem?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Move the user back.
Probably a replication delay, or one of your domain controllers not replicating properly at all, so the configuration is inconsistent.
