email issue with custom error message

Have below error from just calling smtp server to send email.
Any ideas what happening and how to fix it?
or how can I get more information for my network guy to fix the issue?

The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. unless you own/control the remote server there is nothing you can do as the ssl certificate is invalid.
