Accessing material stored on OneDrive from a remote computer

I have Onedrive installed on my work PC and I put material into it. I have a second desktop computer running 8.1 and so with OneDrive installed. When I check the OneDrive folder, I find it completely empty. None of the material which shows up in the OneDrive folder in my work PC appears.

What must I do so that I can go to any computer with OneDrive installed and access  Onedrive material which is stored in the ether.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to sign into OneDrive on your second computer running Windows 8.1 using the same account as you used on the work PC. Bear in mind that when you sign into OneDrive on a computer, it creates a local cached copy of the data.

You can also just use your web-browser and logon to OneDrive that way using the account you used on the other PC. no need to change your current user account on the PC.
