SBS 2011 Changge domain admin password

Hello all,

I just got a call from a new client that changed his admin password but be made a mistake and now he is locked out.
to make it worse they also forgot the local admin username & password.

I can change the local administrator using the "offline password changer tool" on a boot cd but how do I change
the domain admin password again? I remember doing this a few times in the SBS 2003 but I don't know how to manage it on
the SBS 2011.

This question was posted a few times before but all the links are dead..

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can use ANY Windows Vista or later boot CD to implement the Utilman.exe trick.  I suggest watching the following 5 minute video for a quick and easy demonstration of how it works: (Episode 5)
