excel 2013 conditional formating

Is there a way to program a cell so that if I use a certain fill color in that cell the font color in that cell changes to white?

Just create a suitable style.

When you apply the style to a cell(s), the fill colour will be applied with white text.

Thanks so much Eirman.  Is there a way to put the cell style right on the menu for quick access?
Yes ...... standby please
All I can think of at the moment is to right click on one the styles that are always visible in the ribbon
but you don't use
and "Modify" it
