server 2003 r2 terminal server issues logging into profiles via terminal services

Hello Experts, we are having issues with server2003R2 terminal server, users cannot log into the profiles, the following errors are in the event log:

Seems like issues with registry size

This is a rather common problem with Windows 2003 terminal server.  Try the user profile cleanup utility:

I downloaded the fix, but cannot execute it as we are receiving the following error:

Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item

You have to be logged on with local administrator permissions in order to install it.
