"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

(1)  In any given step change the 'Success' precedence constraint (aka green arrow) to completed and blue arrow.
(2)  ALL components / containers in your SSIS package, set properties > Fail Package On Failure to False.

Also, fyi it's generally a good idea to at minimum record any errors-ish activities to some kind of log for prod support, even if you wish the rest of the package to continue processing.

Worked like a charm, thanks Jim, and the failed records were small percentage-wise, so I'm good.   many thanks
