Get mailbox permission

Hi Team

Good day

Anyone had encountered this before and I tried to add “User.ng to “#AllStaff Hong Kong” that I encountered the following in the Exchange Admin Center error messageError-message-in-outllok-and-AD.docx and please i am the administrator and was giving full admin right.

And I added in the Active direction that i had received the error message show in the attachment.

Question what is the command in the Powershell that i can assign permission to user in “#AllStaff Hong Kong” .

Thanks
