Spell Check Font Size - Direct Control

Using Word 2007

Running Spell Check.  Font size in Spell Check dialogue box becomes uncomfortably small.

Must be a background variable that controls this.  The Window that the document reappears in is independent.

Please help me find it.  Looking for a true modification of the software itself.  A system variable buried in some lines of code that I can alter.  Have tried every possible gross system changes: resolution changes; DPI changes.  All of these adversely affect other programs.  Need just a single modification for Word itself.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Not too sure which dialogue; do you mean Spelling and Grammar?  That is one of Word's built-in dialogue boxes.

Microsoft do not publish any means of varying the font size in dialogue boxes and it would be a mammoth hacking job to find out how to do it.

Does the font size become unusually small, or it it always so?. There may be a problem with your Word installation. As a quick fix try creating another profile. Alternatively you can use the Fix-it procedures here:
