Exchange Auto Repsonders

Is it possible to set-up an auto responder, for people trying to contact ex employees who no longer work, or have an email account at a company.

Example. John Smiths email account and AD account are deleted after 30 days after their last day, possible client trys to contact John Smith but his email no longer exists within this company.

Can we set up a auto response to say @the person you are trying to contact does not work at this company, please contact for more info/help'

So can this be done?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is called a NDR (non delivery report) which is good in one sense if they are used for the purpose you envision but they also give spammers a target only you can determine if the reward is worth the risk.
