Single Domain migration to Office365 - leaving remaining domains on-premise

Hello,

I have an Exchange 2007 server on premise which hosts multiple mailboxes on multiple primary email domains.

I want to migrate all of the mailboxes on only one of the domains, mydomain.com, away from my on premise and to Office365.
I want to leave the remaining mailboxes, who do not have email addresses with @mydomain.com on premise.
I also want to be able to migrate any dist. groups or public folders related to @mydomain.com

What is the right migration method for this scenario? A cutover? (of sorts)

Thanks

James
