filtering code does not work

I have a code in FILTER() that should
In "REPORT" sheet
1. apply autofilter to row 1
2. filter "Rated Weight" column based on cell value in "Details" B3
3. Any row in "Rated Weight" column that < "Details" B3

I need to end up with only rows where "Rated Weight" is >= "Details" B3 value.

Sometimes it works and other times it doesn't . Maybe data size?
FRANTIC to get this project complete!!!

Any help?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Also - what if the rows are all eliminated? Could you suggest an error handler to stop the program and tell the user "There is no data for this analysis"?

your code limits it to 60000 rows Range("A2:A60000")

pls try

Range(Range("A2"), Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))

to test whether there is data in the column A after the filter you could use

Res = Application.CountA(Range(Range("A2"), Range("A" & Rows.Count)))

If res = 0 then
MsgBox "There is no data for this analysis"
    Exit Sub
End if

to be placed after call Filter
