DNS Fail Over
Hi Experts
I need to setup DNS Failover for owa for my sbs server. I have a A record setup (remote.example.com) which points to my server, in the event the broadband goes now my backup broadband takes over so my ip changes, this isnt a problem for my email as its routed through an online spam filter which allows be to specify both my broadband static IPs. It is however a problem for owa, I have setup a dns made easy account which allows me to configure DNS failover options I cant seem to get this to work, is there a recommended way to setup monitoring with this kind of setup, I currently have set it to monitor TCP on port 80, but I get the following error:
This record has failed monitoring checks and is currently in the failed state.

thanks guys, finally fixed this, the issue was I was monitoring if port 21 was open but I hadn't opened the port on the backup broadband connection so it wasn't failing over.
