windows open in the upper right hand corner, I want them to open inthe center of the screen
when I open a program or rsat tools like ADUAC the windows and popups open in the upper right hand corner. is there a registry setting or a lite program or even an OS setting some where that will let me do this?

thank for you comment unfortunately Active directory user s and computer does allow mw to opn new windows and opening a second one and close the first one does not make a difference. every time I open the properties of a user account all the windows go to the upper left hand corner. it did used to do this not sure what changed but it s really annoying. it would be nice if there was a registry tweak I could apply.

Open one of those windows. Now open a second as a New Window. (In other words do not close the first window.) Size and change the location of the second window as you want it by dragging the edges of the window. Now close the first window. Finally, close the second window. (Some people say to hold down Shift or Control when you do, but I have never found this to make a difference.)
Now the next time you open that window it should open to the size and location you chose in the above.
