Opening text based email attachments in iOS

I regularly get text based email attachments from customers. These do not always have TXT extensions, but could, for example, be INI, HTML or SQL. How do I open these in iOS. When opening them with the traditional programs they are still attachments, I just need to view the contents. Is there a way to add more extensions to the Quick Look functionality? Ideally I would like to edit and resend.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
