Unable to see emails under sent items folder from a shared mailbox in Exchange 2013

Hello Experts,

Can please someone advise why I cannot see any emails under the sent items folders for a shared mailbox in Exchange 2013 SP1?

Should I modify a registry on my computer to see these items?

I've tried to check sent items from different computers with no luck

Hi,

Have you tried logging into the OWA (web mail) to see if the emails are in the sent folder there.
