I have a user complaining that she has a situation where email responses get marked as unread email, and she checks all of them thinking its a new email.
User reads all her email and has 0 unread emails being indicated.
User sends an email to 10 people and 5 people respond. She now has 6 unread emails, the original email, plus all the responses.
She opens all of them and gets back to 0 unread emails.
1 more person responds, and now all 6 prior emails become unread again, plus the last response means 7 unread emails.
Why does it have to mark all of the emails in the entire chain as unread when one person responds?
Can this be changed, turned off...etc?
