using folder redirection on windows 2012 STD R2
We have been working a lot with Windows SBS 2011 and like the folder redirection facility which places apparently "locally saved" data and documents actually on the server, so when a user saves anything, it automatically ends up on the server.
We now have a windows 2012 R2 server to install, and noticed that this does not occur when we create new users on the DC. ie no folders are created on the server.
Is there a way to implement the same facility on 2012?
Any help much appreciated

We are preparing this server before installation, and wanted to pre configure this if possible, however, the first thing I come across in your recommended document is ;-
"to obtain the distinguished name of the relevant computers and then set the msDs-PrimaryComputer attribute."
I kind of stops me in my tracks, as we don't have any computers connected yet.
With SBS you make the setting in the admin console, for each user, so that when we connect / add the computers they auto configure for folder redirection.
Is there anything similar for 2012?
If ive missed something I do apologise. Please feel free to correct me! :)
Thanks
