Excel VBA F8 Key doesn't step through in Windows 8

Hi

I have a new laptop with Windows 8 on. The F8 key doesn't step through code because it appears to be connected
to switching the screen to a projector. How do I get F8 to work again for stepping into my code?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi.

That's the laptop, not win8.
In the BIOS/UEFI of your machine, look for a configuration option that handles the FN-Keys. You can set whether it should be  on (=locked) or off - now it seems to be on.
