Exchange 2010 - Apply filter to email sent from outlook

We have migrated domain AA to BB and kept both domains active with a few users/mailboxes being accessed on both.

Condition is to prevent email from domain BB to only a group of users of domain AA - Esp when a users "Reply All" to previous emails when these group of users are marked who should not get these mail.

We tried exchange rule set - sender domain BB to recipients domain AA action drop but no luck as outlook is still delivering email to other outlook users.

Pl. suggest if something on this can be achieved with Mix or solutions.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try setting the exchange rules on both exchange servers, to me it sounds like it was working as intended however another server was used for the processing of the mail.
